How Do I Place An Order?
After you add an item to your shopping cart, click the checkout
button and enter the data necessary to complete the transaction
including shipping address, billing address, and payment
information. Please be sure to print out a copy of the
receipt for your records and a copy to send with your payment.
It's that simple. If you have any additional questions

What Are My Payment Options?
Arvedia accepts Personal Checks, Money Orders, and Cashiers
Checks.
Sales Tax
Taxes are collected on items shipped to Texas.
How Do I Search The Web Site?
To perform a search on Arvedia.com, use the search box in
the upper right hand corner and press the go button. For
example, if you are looking for a particular artist, simply
enter the artist's name.
When
Will My Product Be Shipped?
Your order should be processed within 2-3 days and the time
of delivery is based on the shipping method. To calculate
the total delivery time of your order, simply add the processing
time and the shipping time. After your order has been processed,
we will send you an email with the tracking information. Our
method of shipping is United States Postal Service (USPS)
Priority.
How Do I Cancel An Order?
You may cancel your order simply by selecting the Service
Center from the side menu bar and entering a cancel request
ticket. Please keep in mind if your order has been processed
and mailed we will not not be able to cancel it. However
if you decide you do not want the products, simply return
them within 15 days in their original packaging for a full
refund. Please refer to the section on returns within this
document.
Return Policy
Our return policy allows for returns of items within 15 days.
We will issue a full refund for the price of any item you
return that meets the below conditions. We reserve the
right to restrict returns to unopened or defective merchandise.
Products must be in the original box/package unopened.
Defective product will be replaced with same item upon return
of detective product.

3)Team Arvedia Will Respond To Your Request.

Your Request Has Been Responded To You Will Be Notified Via
Email and if you have any follow up questions or request you
can log back into the system and continue the correspondence
until a solution has been reached.
